How will I be regulated in a Recognised Body or ABS?

CILEx Regulation will remain the primary regulator of any Chartered Legal Executive as an individual. However, whichever Approved Regulator is the Licensing Authority for the recognised body or ABS will also have powers of regulation against Chartered Legal Executive managers.
