Recognised body with CLC
How would a firm become a recognised body with the CLC?
Firms seeking to become a Recognised Body will need to apply to the CLC for a Certificate of Recognition. The application should be in writing and signed by a manager. When the applicant is a company the application must also be signed by the company secretary or a director and submitted with the company’s Memorandum, Articles, Certificate of Incorporation and a declaration that they will comply with the CLC’s Recognition Framework. LLP applicants are also required to submit its certificate of incorporation with its application.
