Legal Aid – Write to your MP

CILEx is asking for its members help to address the latest proposals affecting Legal Aid. The proposals will irreparably undermine access to justice to the most vulnerable members of our society. CILEx is responding fully and in robust terms both to the criminal and civil proposals made in the consultation paper.

It’s vital that we get the message out: if implemented these proposals will damage access to justice and they will damage the profession. Neither is in the public interest. The individual actions of members of the profession will lend real weight to our campaign, so please support us to oppose these changes.
