Fresh look for legal mag

The CILEx Journal, the monthly magazine for members of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx), today unveils its new, modernised look and new website to reflect and support the professionalism and growing status and confidence of Chartered Legal Executive lawyers.

CILEx Journal Editor Val Williams (pictured) said: “The focus of the re-design was to ensure that the CILEx Journal would inform, educate and entertain its readers. The Journal content strives – inside and out – to embody and advance the expertise and skills of all our CILEx members.”

Val continued: “The publication, which has been produced for over 52 years, is the definitive resource for CILEx members. The new and improved Journal is modern, clean and reader-friendly, and the content is better tailored to meet essential professional and training needs. Each issue will provide a summary of relevant parliamentary business, and keep members up to date with key developments in law and practice in all areas of work and study.”

The October edition is now available online at: www.cilexjournal.org.uk.

To celebrate the launch of the new look Journal, CILEx are holding a ‘where do you read yours?’ competition. Readers of the Journal should photograph themselves reading it and tweet @CILExLawyers with the photo using the hashtag: #newCILExJournal. Alternatively, readers can share the photo on Facebook. There will be prizes for the best photos.
