CILEx submission to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government Select Committee Inquiry into leasehold reforms. 

CILEx emphasises that successful implementation shall require further efforts to raise consumer awareness of leaseholder rights, supplemented with improved access to appropriate redress mechanisms.
